Overview:
HKFlix.com was a complex e-commerce web site that operated from 1999 to 2010. Offering a massive array of imported films on DVD, and specializing in Asian films, HKFlix had amassed the world’s largest selection of martial arts DVDs by the time of its closure in 2010.

The site was built in classic ASP and ASP.NET and powered by Microsoft SQL Server databases. It featured a mailing list of over 65,000 active subscribers and a detailed catalog of well over 10,000 items available for purchase at any time. Whebster’s Mhat Bernstein was a co-founder, owner, and technical director of the company until its sale in late 2009.
